LMS BASED QUIZ

Dear all,

To improve the knowledge of technical subjects, two LMS based quizzes of the subjects that you are studying in current semester and that you have already done in last semester will held every week on Tuesday and Saturday from 6 pm to 7 pm. The marks of the minor project CA will be taken from this only.

Instructions:
Login through LMS and the quiz will reflect in the minor project option.

Every Quiz shall remain active on the above mentioned dates from 6 pm to 7 pm. Time duration of every Quiz will be 20min The questions will be objective type. Maximum question will be 20 per Quiz No negative marking. Regards, Afreen

3-D printing workshop from 1:30 pm onward Today

Dear All,

We are organizing software workshop on 3-D printing Today (1st February 19) from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm in Audi 005 Block 3. It is mandatory for all of you to attend this workshop. Attendance of regular classes will be given to all participants.

HACKATHON

All students who want to take part in the hackathon should register themselves online by today at the website, suhackathon.com. After online registration please give your groups/names to 'Tarun' at the department office with your contact details. Practice presentations for guidance by faculty will be held from today onwards at the department from 1530h today. All groups will be present by 1530h today at Room No 102 Block - 3.

Summer Internship With Stipend @ IIT Roorkee – SPARK 2019

IIT Roorkee invited applications for institute-funded SPARK fellowships for summer internships with a weekly stipend of ₹2500/week and project-funded summer internships.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students who are currently enrolled and have completed  at least two semesters of the undergraduate degree (B.Arch./B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc) in a relevant discipline from any institute in India.

Following minimum CGPA criterion will apply:

CGPA > 7.5 for IITs/IISc.

CGPA > 8.0 for NITs/ IISERs/ NISER/IIEST.

CGPA > 8.5 for students of other institutes.

MOOC Course (Online Course)

All students are advice to register for at least one or more than one MOOC (online course) course in this semester. The courses are highly beneficial for the students as well as faculty members. So, faculties of our department are also registering for this course. The enrollment closing date is 28th Jan 2019. So all are advice to register before the date. The courses are as Follow:
